Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Fees are calculated automatically at checkout. For other destinations (USA, Canada, Asia, etc.), please contact us at contact@madameshome.fr for a personalised quote. Customs duties for non-EU shipments are charged to the recipient.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via 3D Secure encrypted payment, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are encrypted and we do not store any banking data. Bank transfer is available on request for orders over €500.
How do I care for the tableware and items I bought?
Each product page features a « Material & care » tab with specific recommendations (hand wash / dishwasher, microwave, oven, thermal shocks, etc.). As a general rule: hand wash is recommended for hand-painted pieces or those with gold details, use lukewarm water without abrasive products, and wipe dry immediately to avoid marks.
How do I return or exchange an item?
You have 30 days to change your mind. The item must be returned in its original packaging, in pristine condition. Return shipping costs are at your charge. To initiate a return, write to contact@madameshome.fr with your order number and the reason. Refund issued within 14 days of receipt.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@madameshome.fr with your order number — we will do our best to act before dispatch.
What are the delivery times and fees?
Orders are shipped within 48 business hours. Standard delivery 3 to 5 days in mainland France via Colissimo or Mondial Relay. You can also collect your order for free in store. For Europe, UK and Switzerland: fees displayed at checkout. For the rest of the world, please contact us.

Browse the shop, add items to your basket, then follow the checkout steps. You can pay by credit card (secure payment) or PayPal. A confirmation email is sent to you immediately once the order is placed.
